Refund Policy

At Piece by Piece, we strive to provide our customers with the highest level of service possible. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the services we provided, please let us know right away. We will do our best to make it right and ensure your satisfaction. Please read our Terms Of Conditions along with our privacy policy. All policies are subject to change. Before booking of service, you will have to agree to all policies and conditions.
 

Refund Policy: All customers are required to pay a 20% - 30% deposit of their provided quote to secure their booking. This deposit is non-refundable, except in the case where we are unable to provide the services as agreed upon.

For all services, we do not offer refunds within a 48-hour time slot of the scheduled date and time. Unless in extreme circumstances with abiding proof. If you are not satisfied with the services we provided, please let us know within this time frame, and we will work with you to resolve any issues.
 

We do not offer refunds for the following circumstances:

  • If the customer has requested changes to the original service

  • If the service has been completed as agreed upon

  • If the customer has caused damage to their property during the service

  • If the customer has caused damage to the items during the move or heavy lifting service
     

We reserve the right to determine whether a refund is applicable based on the circumstances of the case.

Please note that any refunds will be provided in the same form of payment as the original transaction, and may take up to 5-7 business days to process.
